TERMS, CONDITIONS and POLICIES

The following terms and conditions pertain to qualified customers only. C&S Manufacturing Corporation, at its sole discretion, may qualify or disqualify any customer.

(01) Credit Terms:

Cash: Net, thirty (30) days;

Credit: Discounts shown in Item (02) below will be allowed on bills dated 1st to 15th if paid by the 25th. Bills dated the 16th to the last day of the month if paid by the 10th of the following month.

Past Due: Accounts past due over sixty (60) days will be subjected to a late charge of 1-1/2% per month. Accounts that regularly pay beyond policy terms will be denied open account status.

(02) Order Discounts:

The following discounts will apply:

No discount on orders below $1200.00.

$1,200.00 – $2,000.00 – 2% discount 10 days, Net 30.

$2,001.00 – $3,000.00 – 3% discount 10 days, Net 30.

$3,001.00 – $4,000.00 – 4% discount 10 days, Net 30.

(03) Prices:

All prices are subject to change without notice.

(04) Minimum Order:

All orders are minimum $50.00.

(05) Broken Carton Policy:

C&S Manufacturing Corporation will add 5% to the total invoiced price for broken carton shipments.

(06) Full Freight Allowance Policy:

C&S Manufacturing Corporation will pay full freight on our selected carrier to a single destination within the 48 contiguous  states on orders totaling $1,200.00 net or 1,000 lbs. C&S Manufacturing Corporation allowance policy applies only on freight shipped from the factory.

We are very pleased to announce the completion of the new Basset Products Full Line Catalog and List Price Sheet. By the elimination of separate contractor and wholesaler product catalogs, we are now able to offer a single Basset Products Full Line Catalog and accompanying List Price Sheet.

You will be able to download the new catalog in .pdf format by visiting our website at www.bassetproducts.com and clicking on the catalog/price sheet download icon found on the homepage. An Excel version of the list price sheet is also available. It will include part numbers, UPC code, product description, carton quantity, weight and newly revised list prices. Wholesale customers will be able to calculate their net prices by entering the discount multiplier into the appropriate section.

Once the catalog and price sheet is downloaded, follow these simple steps to complete the wholesale price calculation:

Step 1: Open the Excel price sheet and go to tab 100-01 (note: there is a tab at the bottom of the worksheet that corresponds to each catalog page).
Step 2: At the top, right section of p. 100-01, you will find a Discount Multiplier box. Enter in the Wholesaler multiplier into each of the five categories. Net wholesale pricing will now be calculated for all pages of the spreadsheet, no need to enter the multiplier on every page, it will be done automatically.
Step 3: Save the Excel spreadsheet to your hard drive. To print a copy of the price sheet after the multiplier has been entered; 1) select the ‘print’ function on your toolbar, 2) when the ‘print’ dialogue box appears, click the ‘Entire workbook’ prompt under the ‘Print what’ heading and 3) select OK.

WHS-1FA, Fast Assemble Water Heater Stand

Patent pending design offers a unique ‘slip tab’ interlocking system that quickly secures the water heater stand legs and cross braces. Because of this unique interlocking system, nearly all assembly hardware is eliminated, resulting in a reduction of assembly time by over 80% to less than 3 minutes.

Since the ‘Fast Assemble’ water heater stand is shipped unassembled from the factory in protective corrugated ‘pizza box’ style packaging, potential damage to the water heater stand during transit to the wholesaler or jobsite is virtually eliminated. Plus, there is no need for the contractor to lug around a pre-assembled stand, just simply snap the Basset ‘Fast Assemble’ water heater stand together at the jobsite and complete the installation.

The new ‘Fast Assemble’ stand incorporates all physical specifications found in current Basset models, which includes durable 18 ga. galvanized steel construction, 650 lb. safe load rating for water heaters up to 50 gallons and cross-braced leg supports to prevent stand tipping. Water heater is raised 18” off the floor as required by National Fuel Gas Code and Uniform Plumbing Code.
